Description

The Tire Debeader is a machine which efficiently separates the steel wires of a tire from the rubber. The machine itself is composed of a frame, reducer, roller and adjusting device, with two rollers rotating in opposite directions through a reducer and gear box. The steel wires are separated from the rubber through a process of two rollers which powerfully crush materials between them, rotating at different speeds to maximize crushing strength. As bead and bead wires differ between different brands and models of tires, the Tire Debeader is fully adjustable, using a wheel adjustment system to adjust the distance between the two rollers to differing tires' specifications.
