Description

The Tire Slicers is a machine used in the tire-recycling process which cuts and separates waste tires into three separate parts: tire crown, tyre sidewall and tire bead. The machine itself is composed of a frame, rotating mechanism, prop mechanism and a cutting mechanism. The manual work consists of placing the waste tyre on the propping mechanism using the tire bead as the prop point and fastening it tightly. The Tire Slicer can be run at a low speed by reducing the transmission. An optional water pump system can be installed on the Tyre Slicer to spray water on the cutting point in order to cool the system and increase cutting efficiency. The Tire Slicer can be used alongside the Tyre Debeader and Tire Shredder and is a must-have component in the tire-recycling process.
