Our four door opening baler machines can produce bale weights ranging from 65lbs to 990lbs, with a press force of up to 80 tons. This allows for extremely dense bales, and make textile recycling and transporting a snap. This is also a vertical baling machine, so the space requirements are minor (not to mention the one-person operation being labor cost-friendly as well!) This makes it a great fit for almost any operation – even a small used clothing shop can find use for this baler.
The four door design is ideal for material whose bales need to be wrapped and cross strapped. This creates tight bales that are easily transported, while also protecting the bales from getting statin. There are a wide variety of models available, and even some with two hydraulic rams, for greater compressing power.
